This course will cover teaching, cuing, and performance of stretching, strengthening, and aerobic activities used in exercise classes. Awareness of injuries, criteria for certifications, format styles, equipment usage, and consumer products will be studied. Prior to enrolling in this course, students must have introductory skills and knowledge of aerobic exercise.
